北京市顺义区交通安全现状分析

Traffic Safety Situation Analysis of Shunyi District in Beijing City

结合北京市顺义区的交通事故数据,运用数理统计的方法,从时间、空间、成因、车型等方面对北京市顺义区交通事故特征进行了归纳总结。在此基础上,从人、车、路和环境4个方面分析了北京市顺义区交通安全的影响因素并提出对策。分析表明:人的因素主要表现为交通安全意识淡薄;车的因素主要表现为机动车车型多样;路的因素主要体现交通设施不全、线形设计存在隐患;环境的因素主要体现在气候、路侧环境和管理等。

Based on the traffic crash data of Shunyi District of Beijing, this paper used mathematical statistics method to summarize the traffic crash characteristics of Shunyi District from four aspects （time, space, causes, and vehicles types）. On this basis, it analyzed the traffic safety influencing factors from pedestrians, vehicles, road and environment. At the same time some specific countermeasures are put forward. Analysis showed that： （1） specific feature of the human factors is short of safety consciousness; （2） the main factors of vehicle show in the diversity of vehicle types; （3） the main factors of road traffic facilities mainly show in short of traffic safety facilities and deficient alignment design; （4） environmental factors mainly reflect in climate, roadside environment and the management, etc.
