丙烯酸改性水性环氧乳液的合成和固化 被引量:1

摘要 利用丙烯酸类单体改性环氧树脂,丙烯酸类单体与环氧树脂进行接枝共聚反应,在环氧树脂中加入强亲水性基团—COOH,使树脂水性化.研究在不加乳化剂的条件下,利用溶液聚合方法将丙烯酸单体接枝到环氧树脂上,在120℃下反应6 h得到的环氧-丙烯酸树脂复合溶液,再用胺中和后,加水稀释即得水乳液.乳液性能测试:固含量:39%,离心稳定:大于60 min.漆膜最佳固化条件:150℃固化60 min.漆膜性能测试:附着力:0级,耐冲击:50 cm,耐水性:7 d,柔韧性:15mm. Modifing epoxy resin using acrylic monomers,the waterborne epoxy-acrylic emulsion was synthesized.Epoxy resin was modified by graft copolymerization with acrylic monomers and the strong hydrophilic group —COOH was interlinked in chain.This article studied the conditions,which without emulsifier,acrylic monomers were grafted onto the epoxy with solution polymerization method.The epoxy-acrylic resin composite solution was got at temp 120 ℃,time 6 h.After neutralized with amines and diluted with water,the water emulsion was obtained.And the emulsion properties:Define:39 %;Stability:60 min.Best film curing conditions: temp at 150 ℃,time at 60 min.The film properties: Adhesion:0;Impact resistance:50 cm;Water resistance:7 d;Flexibility:15 mm.
