摘要 将具有润滑功能的锌元素引入到镁铝型水滑石的主体层板化学组成中.通过实验研究Mg-Al水滑石、Zn-Al水滑石和Zn-Mg-Al水滑石合成及它们对软PVC阻燃性能和力学性能的影响.实验结果表明:在相同的添加量(20份)情况下,添加水滑石阻燃剂的PVC力学性能与添加Al(OH)3和Mg(OH)2差别不大.然而,水滑石的阻燃性能明显优于传统阻燃剂Al(OH)3和Mg(OH)2.Zn-Mg-Al水滑石表现出比Mg-Al水滑石和Zn-Al水滑石更好的阻燃性能. Lubricated zinc was introduced into the chemical composition of the main laminate of the Mg-Al hydrotalcite.The chemosynthesis of Mg-Al hydrotalcite,Zn-Al hydrotalcite and Zn-Mg-Al hydrotalcite were investigated and as flame-retardants for flexible poly(vinyl chilride) they were studied by thermal analysis test and LOI test.The results show that,Mg-Al-CO3 LDHs,Zn-Al-CO3 LDHs,Zn-Mg-Al-CO3 LDHs can improve the thermal stability of soft PVC.Under the same conditions,the flame retardant properties of hydrotalcite was better than Al(OH)3 and Mg(OH)2.In the same dosage(20 phr) case,zinc-based ternary Mg-Al Hydrotalcite-like performance was better than the Mg-Al hydrotalcite and Zn-Al hydrotalcite for flame retardancy.
