摘要
俄罗斯马格尼特哥尔斯克钢铁公司与地方科研院所合作,开发出在2 000 mm轧机上减少管线钢带钢表层缺陷的有效轧制方法。提出将粗轧机组最初3个机架中的压下量降低3%~5%。结果表明,采用该方法可形成较好的轧制条件,降低了缺陷的产生概率。另外,还对轧制厚规格带钢时的裂纹产生概率进行了研究,建议轧制厚度超过16 mm的带钢时分5个道次完成精轧。
An effective rolling method to reduce surface defects of pipeline steel strip in 2 000 mm rolling mill was developed, which was made by Russian Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., and local scitific research institutes. It put forward to decrease the reduction ratio by 3% to 5% in the first three rough rolling mill stand. The results showed that this method can form a good rolling condition, thus reduce the probability of defects. The probability of crack in thick plate rolling was also studied; it suggested the finishing pass should be 5 when the strip thickness is more than 16 mm.
