摘要
以6106柴油机为样机,利用CFD数值模拟软件GT-Power研究喷油系统设计参数对柴油机性能的影响规律。分别对供油提前角、喷油开启压力和喷嘴结构等参数进行计算与分析,并把计算结果与实验数据进行对比,验证了计算结果的正确性、得到了各个设计参数的最优范围值。本文的研究方法和计算结果对内燃机开发具有借鉴意义与参考价值。
The influence of fuel injection system parameters on characteristics of 6106 diesel engines was performed by numerical simulation software GT-Power in this paper.Fuel supply advance angle,fuel injection pressure and structure of injection nozzle were calculated and analyzed.The result was compared with experimental findings,which proved that the data is correct.The range of the best fuel injection system parameters was obtained.The result and method provide valuable reference for the study of diesel engines.
