摘要
在一款小型非道路汽油机上设置了EGR系统,通过EGR阀的开度控制,研究EGR量对发动机未燃HC和NOx排放的影响。实验结果表明,使用EGR系统可以降低NOx排放,未燃HC正好相反,使总排放量达到最小。
In this paper,experimental investigations were conducted on a small off-road gasoline engine to study the effect of EGR system on the engine-out emission especially the unburned HC and NOx.The effect of different EGR rate on the engine power and emissions under various test operation points were studied by controlling the EGR amount through EGR valve.The results show that the NOx emissions decreased with increasing EGR percent while unburned HC is on the contrary,and minimized emissions can be achieved using EGR system compared with original engine.
