真武汤加味治疗对急性心梗后心衰患者左室功能的影响

The effects of modified Zhenwu decoction on left ventricular function in patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction

目的观察真武汤加味治疗对急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者左室功能的影响。方法 60例急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组用西医常规药物治疗,治疗组用西医常规药物加真武汤加味治疗,于入院当天和入院第30天行二维超声心动图(2D E)测量,计算左心室舒张末期容积指数(LVED VI)、左心室收缩末期容积指数(LVESVI)和左室射血分数(LVEF),并抽血查血浆N端脑钠肽前体(N T-pro-BN P)水平的变化。结果与对照组相比,治疗组的左心室收缩末期容积显著缩小,左心室射血分数增加(P<0.05),血浆N端脑钠肽前体水平降低。结论西医常规药物加真武汤加味治疗可以显著改善急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者的左室收缩功能。

【Objective】 To observe clinical effects of modified Zhenwu Decoction on left ventricular function in patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction.【Methods】 Sixty patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=30） and the control group（n =30）.The control groups only received routine western medicine,while the treatment group also received modified Zhenwu Decoction besides routine western medicine.The left ventricular end diastolic volume index（LVEDVI）,left ventricular end systolic volume index（LVESVI）,and left ventricular eject fraction（LVEF） were measured by two-dimensional echocardiography on the first day of hospitalization and 30 days after treatment in both groups.Plasma N-terminal brain natriuretic propeptide（NT-proBNP） levels were determined at the same time.【Results】 The treatment group showed significantly reduced LVESVI and plasma NT-proBNP levels and markedly increased LVEF when compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】 Combined treatment of modified Zhenwu Decoction and routine western medicine could significantly improve the left ventricular systolic function.
