120例重型颅脑外伤患者的临床观察与护理

The clinical observation and nursing of 120 patients with severe traumatic brain injury

目的探讨重度颅脑外伤患者的临床观察和护理方法。方法对我院2010年6月～2011年6月间收治的120例重度颅脑外伤患者的资料进行整理分析,总结其临床观察要点和护理经验。结果通过细致的治疗、观察和护理,我院共治愈重度颅脑外伤患者56例,好转32例,总体生存率为88.4%;无并发症患者为96例,占85.7%。治疗前G O S评分均为3～8分,一段时间后,有56例患者G O S评分达正常标准15分,21例患者达13～14分,11例患者达9～12分,平均得分为12.45分,经配对t检验,治疗、观察和护理前后患者的G O S得分的提高具有统计学意义(t=16.429,P=0.000)。结论在实施常规治疗的基础上,采取密切观察监控、全程细节护理,对提高重型颅脑损伤患者的存活率、减少并发症、提高生活质量具有良好的效果。

【Objective】 Research the clinical observation and nursing way of patients with severe traumatic brain injury.【Methods】 Sort and analysis the information of 120 patients with severe traumatic brain injury who were cured in Hsiang-ya hospital during June 2010 to Jure 2011,then sum up the clinical observation points and nursing way.【Results】 After careful cure,clinical observation and nursing,we have healed 57 patients with severe traumatic brain injury,39 patients got better,the overall survival was 88.4 percents.In all the patients,85.7 percents（96 patients） had no complications,the GOS score of them before cure was ranged between 3 to 8,but after cure,there were 56 patients achieved normal score,and the mean score was 12.45.After paired t-test,the GOS score of patients after cure was statistical improved（t=16.429,P =0.000）.【Conclusion】 On the basis of treatment,we took closely observations and details nursing,Got good effects on raising overall survival,reducing complications and improving the quality of life.
