结核性巨大肾积水:罕见病例报道(英文)

Renal tuberculosis presenting as giant hydronephrosis: a rare case report

肾结核是常见疾病并且有不同的表现形式,但是结核引起的巨大肾积水很罕见。多数情况下结核导致实质细胞的萎缩、坏死或钙化,但是这种情况在肾脏一般不明显,除了偶然由结核性输尿管狭窄引起的肾积水病例外。结核性输尿管狭窄呈现巨大肾积水的情况很少见,因此我们报道了此病例。

The giant hydronephrosis due to tuberculosis is a rare condition.Tuberculosis of kidney is quiet a common disease and various forms of presentation are described.In most cases the disease results in atrophy,calcification or necrosis of parenchyma.The kidney is not generally palpable except occasionally in case of hydronephrosis caused by tubercular stricture of pelviureteric junction.Tubercular ureteric stricture presenting as giant hydronephrosis is uncommon,so,we present this case.
