摘要
基于PtRh10—Pt热电偶和Agilent34972A数据采集仪,设计了铸件浇注凝固过程的动态测温方案,并利用该方案对实际浇注过程进行了测量和验证。结果表明,该方案能快速准确地测量铸造生产过程中铸件任意点的温度变化情况,提供实时的温度场数据;同时该方案的适应性强,在铸件生产中具有较重要的参考和实用价值。
A scheme is built based on PtRh10-Pt thermocouple and Agilent 34972A to get the temperature distribution in casting pouring and solidification process. And experiments are carried out to verify its reliability and accuracy. From the results, it is proved that this scheme can tell the temperature distribution and changes of any point at any time during solidification accurately and in real time, and it has a strong flexibility over the variation of casting conditions. In conclusion, this scheme provides an important reference to casting engineer and has utility value in casting process.
