摘要
通过分析尾座的结构、使用条件及技术要求,对该件进行了消失模铸造工艺设计;利用ProCaSt软件进行消失模铸造充型过程模拟,并对模拟结果进行了分析讨论。结果表明,尾座铸件的消失模铸造工艺方案是合理可行的。
The lost foam casting process for tailstock was designed through the analysis of the structure, service conditions and technical requirements. The filling and solidification process of lost foam casting process was simulated and discussed by ProCast respectively. The results show that the lost foam casting process for tailstock is reasonable and practicable.
