摘要
对低压铸造铝合金轮毂模具水雾冷却效果进行了测试,分析了风冷与水雾冷却对铝车轮轮辐力学性能和缩松缺陷的影响。获得的水雾冷却方案、解决热节缺陷的相关数据与分析结果,为低压铸造模具冷却系统的设计提供了有价值的依据。
The mist cooling effects on low pressure casting dies were tested. The effects of air cooling and mist cooling on mechanical properties and dispersed shrinkage of the spoke for aluminum wheel were analyzed. The temperature distribution and performance data on the castings were obtained, which provide valuable basis for low pressure casting die design and cooling system design.
