摘要 裂纹是轮带生产中导致其报废的重要原因之一,对于截面高宽比小的轮带尤其严重,而裂纹产生的原因一直不是很清楚。通过铸造应力模拟,计算出凝固过程中轮带中心近外圆处存在应力集中,这与实际检测结果相符。 The crack is one of the important reasons lead to rollers scrapped, especially to the rollers with small aspect ratio in section, but the cause of the crack is not very clear, The existence of stress concentration at the rollers center near outer circle was discovered by stress simulation, which correspond with the actual test results.
