基于数值模拟分析的铝合金缸盖罩压铸工艺优化

摘要 利用铸造模拟分析软件AnyCasting,对铝合金缸盖罩铸件进行了凝固过程数值模拟,预测其在铸造过程中可能产生缺陷的位置,分析了铸件预铸孔部位产生缩孔缺陷的原因,对压铸模具进行反复修改和优化。模拟计算了多种改进措施,通过在铸件最后凝固部位增设冷却水管及补缩通道等方法,达到减少或消除缩孔缺陷的目的。模拟结果表明:采用改进的工艺方案可明显改善缩孔缺陷,有利于提高铸件质量。 The solidification process of aluminum alloy cylinder head cover was simulated by AnyCasting simulation analysis software. The casting defects were forecasted. The reason for shrinkage defects at the key position was analyzed, and the die casting mould was modified to optimize repeatedly. Several improved processes were simulated with software, and the shrinkage defects were reduced and eliminated by setting cooling water pipe and/or feeding channel. The simulation results show that the shrinkage defect is improved obviously with modified process, and it is beneficial for castings quality.
