The damping base plate casting is a key part for quakeproof in construction. The material features and composition control of the castings were analyzed, the casting process was tested and verified, and the heat treatment process was determined. The specific process measures can meet the requirements of casting performances, and the casting defects and heat treatment deformation for productions are eliminated effectively, and the better benefits are achieved.
