嘉陵江典型城市江段的类固醇雌激素分布特性 被引量:13

Distribution Characteristics of Steroid Estrogens in a Typical Urban Section of Jialing River

摘要 采用高效色谱/串联质谱定量分析了嘉陵江磁器口江段4个断面10个特征取样点在枯水、平水和丰水三个水期的水样,首次系统地研究了类固醇雌激素在我国城市特征江段的时空分布特性。雌酮、雌二醇和炔雌醇检出的最高浓度分别为32.3、2.6和1.4 ng/L,而最低浓度均低于检测限。枯水期雌激素浓度最高,而丰水期均未检出。于磁器口汇入嘉陵江的次级河流在枯水和平水期雌激素平均浓度高于嘉陵江。流动人口较多的嘉陵江右岸检测出的雌激素浓度高于左岸,且均高于中泓线。结果表明,受人类活动影响较大的近岸水体和城市次级河流在枯水和平水期存在雌激素污染风险,但河流的稀释作用可以缓解风险。 The water samples were collected at 10 sites of 4 cross-sections near Ciqikou of Jialing River during dry, normal and wet seasons and quantitatively analyzed using HPLC-MS/MS. The maximum detected concentrations of estrone, estradiol and ethinylestradiol are 32.3 ng/L, 2.6 ng/L and 1.4 ng/L while the minimum concentrations are below the detection limits. The maximum estrogen concentra- tion samples are from dry season, while no estrogens are detected during wet season. Samples from a tributary of Jialing River show higher estrogen concentrations than those from Jialing River during dry and normal seasons. The estrogen concentrations of samples from the right bank with higher population density are higher than those from the left bank. The estrogen concentrations of samples from both banks are higher than those from the river central line. It is concluded that estrogen pollution risk may occur at the alongshore areas with tributary confluence and higher population density during dry and normal seasons, and this can be decreased by higher river dilution.
