Clinical Pharmacist Improving Rational Use of Antibacterials for 4 Cases of Digestive Diseases

目的:探讨临床药师参与消化科抗生素合理使用方面开展工作的切入点。方法:对临床药师参与消化科抗生素使用的4例典型病例进行报告分析。结果:临床药师可以从药物选择、给药剂量、给药频次、预防用药的给药时机等方面开展工作,发现、干预、预防抗生素使用问题。结论:临床药师在促进消化科抗生素合理使用方面能够发挥积极作用。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the approaches for clinical pharmacists participating in rational use of antibacterials for digestive diseases. METHODS：4 typical cases of antibacterials treatment for digestive diseases in which the clinical pharmacists had participated were analyzed. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists can carry out pharmaceutical care in respects of drug selection, drug dosage and frequency, timing of prophylactic application of drugs. The problems of antibacterials application were discovered, intervened and prevented by clinical pharmacists. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists play an active role in rational use of antibacterials in digestive department.
