摘要
专业综合训练是培养食品专业学生的实践能力、创造能力的重要课程,是培养和造就能够分析和解决生产中实际问题的实用型、技能型人才的重要环节。文章从开设该课程的必要性、具体的教学过程及评价标准等方面进行了分析和研究。经过一段时间的课程改革探索,确实起到了提高学生的实践技能和综合素质等作用。
The course is the program that develop the talents with better skill and innovation of food science, and also is the important link that cultivate the talents to analyse and solve problems. The necessity of the lesson, teaching process and the standard of evaluation were studied.On the bassis of reform and exploration students practical skills and comprehensive quality were indeed improved.
