子宫内膜癌前哨淋巴结检测方法及意义

摘要 关于是否对早期子宫内膜癌患者进行淋巴结切除术以及淋巴结切除术的范围一直存在争议。国际妇产科联盟（FIGO）2009年对子宫内膜癌的手术临床分期进行修改之后，更引起了对淋巴结切除术的探讨。
