摘要
采用低熔点材料如聚烯烃弹性体(POE)、聚烯烃塑性体(POP)、茂金属聚乙烯(mPE)与三元共聚聚丙烯(PP)共混作为热封层,并添加适量的爽滑剂克服薄膜发黏的问题,采用三层共挤流延法制备了高性能气调保鲜用流延聚丙烯(CPP)热封膜。结果表明,采用POE-868作为低温热封材料时,与三元共聚PP的相容性较好,增韧效果明显;添加12份POE-868和2份爽滑剂,熔体温度控制在245~255℃,冷却辊温度控制在22℃,制备的CPP薄膜的各项性能均符合指标要求,其始封温度低于102℃。
Poiyolefin elastomer (POE), polyolefin plastomer, metallocene polyethylene blended with polypropylene terpolymer as low-temperature heat-sealing layer, heat sealing polypropylene casting films for modified atmosphere packaging were prepared via three-layer co-extrusion casting technology. It showed that the properties of obtained films met the requirements, and their heat- sealing temperature was under 102 ℃, while the heat-sealing layer was composed of polypropylene terpolymer blended with 12 phr POE-868 and 2 phr anti-blocking slip additive, melting temperature was controlled between 245℃ and 255 ℃, and cooling roll temperature was 22 ℃.
