摘要
对重庆市公共图书馆馆员进行抽样调查,分析性别、年龄、职称、工龄、学历、工作倦怠等因素对主观幸福感的影响,发现重庆市公共馆员主观幸福感指数不乐观,性别差异突出,婚姻和职称的影响显著,馆员主观幸福感中享受发展体验满意感不足,馆员性别和工作倦怠对其主观幸福感有显著的预测作用。
A sample survey was conducted to learn the status of Chongqing public librarians' subjective well-being, in order to find out the impact of factors such as gender, age, job title, seniority, education, job burnout on librarian's subjective well-being. The results indicate that Chongqing public librarians' subjective well-being index level is low. The analysis show's that: gender difference is pointed; the impact of marital status and job title are sig- nificant; librarians' satisfaction of enjoying development experience is insufficient; gender difference and job burnout are important variables in predicting the subjective well-being. According to the results, the paper suggests some measures such as keeping the relative balance of career rewards to improve the librarians' subjective well-being.
