老年患者静脉留置针负压穿刺置管的临床运用

Clinical application of negative pressure puncture with vein detained for gerontal patients

目的探讨负压进针法在为静脉条件差的老年患者行浅静脉留置针穿刺置管中的应用效果。方法选择68例老年患者,采用自身对照法,分为实验组与对照组,穿刺次数均为68次。对照组采用常规留置针穿刺置管的方法,实验组采用输液管折叠,施以负压进针的方法行留置针穿刺置管。对两组的临床资料进行比较分析。结果实验组与对照组首次穿刺置管成功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);穿刺回血时间及回血率比较差异有统计学意义(均为P<0.01);穿刺后置管效果的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为静脉条件差的老年患者行浅静脉留置针穿刺置管时,将输液管折叠,施以负压进针方法,将明显提高穿刺成功率及置管的效果。

Objective： To investigate the application effects of the negative pressure puncturing which was used to the superficial vein indwelling needle puncturing for the poor condition of the vein among gerontal patients.Methods： Sixty-eight patients were selected as the experimental group and the control group by self-contrasted method.The time of puncturing was 68.The patients in the control group underwent the method of the routine detained needle puncture.The patients in the experimental group underwent the method of the negative pressure detained puncture tube using folded infusion tube.The clinical data were compared between the two groups.Results： The successful ratio of the first puncturing between the two groups had statistical difference（P0.01）.The blood returning time and returning ratio of the puncturing had differences（P0.01）.The effects of the puncturing had differences,too（P0.05）.Conclusion： The negative pressure puncturing can obviously improve the successful rate and the effects of puncture tube by folded infusion tube for the poor condition of the vein among gerontal patients.
