摘要
以焦化汽油、焦化柴油和焦化蜡油为原料,在反应温度430~500℃,停留时间1~4min的条件下,分别考察其热裂化反应性能。结果表明:在相同条件下,焦化蜡油的热裂化性能最高,焦化柴油的热裂化性能次之,焦化汽油仅发生轻度裂化反应;焦化柴油和焦化蜡油的转化率随反应温度和停留时间的增加而逐渐增大;焦化蜡油的热裂化主要产物为气体、焦化汽油和焦化柴油,生成的焦化柴油和焦化汽油难发生二次热裂化反应。
The thermal cracking behavior of coker gasoline, coker diesel and coker gas oil was investigated at 430--500℃and residence time 1-4 min. The results showed that the thermal cracking behavior ofcoker gas oil was best, that of coker diesel better, and the coker gasoline cracking occurred slightly. The thermal conversion of coker diesel and coker gas oil increased with the increase of temperature and residence time. The main products of the eoker gas oil thermal cracking were gas, coker gasoline and coker diesel, and the secondary reactions of coker gasoline and coker diesel did not occur.
