土地利用程度与效益关系研究——以延安市为例

Study on the Relationship Between Land Use Degree and Benefit:a Case of Yan'an City

研究目的:通过对区域土地利用程度与效益关系研究,发现之间规律并揭示土地利用问题,以指导今后区域土地科学利用。研究方法:基于土地利用变更数据和社会经济统计数据,分别采用改进后刘纪远土地利用程度综合指数模型和综合指数法评价延安市土地利用程度和效益,再采用容量耦合模型和动态耦合模型研究两者之间关系。研究结果:延安市土地利用程度和效益组成的土地复合系统正处在由协调发展向极限发展的过度时期,未来存在很大的不确定性。研究结论:(1)土地利用评价已不能仅从土地利用程度或效益单方面入手,而应当从土地利用系统角度去考虑。采用土地利用程度和效益相结合的方法,是一种较好的评价人类利用土地恰当与否的方法。(2)应针对不同地区的土地利用结构特点,采用改进的刘纪远土地利用程度综合指数模型,有利于获得更符合研究地区的评价结果。(3)延安市要在土地适宜性、生态敏感性、生态安全评价基础上和在保障社会经济持续发展前提下进行区域土地利用程度适宜标准和警戒标准研究,为土地利用战略制定和土地利用结构布局调整提供重要依据。

The purposes of this paper are to find the relationship between land use degree and the benefit, and further reveal the land use problems to guide regional land use more scientific in the future. Methods employed include improved model of Liu-Ji-Yuan land use degree comprehensive index for land use degree assessment, method of comprehensive index for land use effect assessment, and model of capacity coupling and dynamic coupling for studying the relationship between them. The results indicate that the compound system composed of land use degree and benefit of Yan＇an is in the transition from coordinated development to ultimate development and there is a great uncertainty in the future. Conclusions include that （ 1 ）land use assessment should not on focus on the perspective of land use degree or effect unilaterally, but from the perspective of land use system. Combination of land use degree and effect is a good way to assess the rationality of land use;（2）for different characteristics of regional land use structure, improved model of Liu-Ji-Yuan land use degree comprehensive index should be introduced, which is good for achieving a reasonable resuh;（3 ）appropriate and monitoring standards for land use degree should be proposed on the basis of land suitability, ecological sensitivity and ecological security and on the premise of soeio-economic sustainable development, which isan important basis for land use strategy making, land structure and layout readjustment.
