基于农用地分等成果更新技术的耕地集约利用评价

Intensity Assessment on Cultivated Land: Based on the Updated Results of Farmland Gradation

研究目的:探索县(包含县级市)域范围内耕地集约利用评价新思路,拓展《农用地分等更新成果》应用领域,加强集约利用研究与集约利用实践工作的衔接力度。研究方法:系数修正法,综合评分法,ArcGis 9.2软件中的Natural breaks分类法。研究结果:对自然资源和社会经济状况较为一致且以追求社会经济发展为主要目标的区域进行耕地集约利用及其时空变异特征研究时,在具备特定资料基础(农用地分等成果)的前提下,采用系数修正的思路切实可行。研究结论:在农用地分等更新成果基础上,通过系数修正思路研究耕地集约利用,既可以减少集约利用研究的工作量,又不会降低集约利用工作质量,还可拓展《农用地分等更新成果》的应用领域,加强耕地集约利用研究与集约利用实践工作的衔接力度。

The purpose of this study is to probe into a new perspective for the intensive assessment on cultivated Land, applying the updated results of farmland gradation and further combining the theoretical and practical efforts together. The Modification Method of Coefficient, the Method of Comprehensive Evaluation, the Method of Natural Breaks based on Aregis 9.2 were employed. The results of the empirical study indicate that the conceptual framework, i.e., studying the intensive use of cultivated land with Modification Method of Coefficient with certain database, such as the updated result of farmland gradation, is practicable. The conclusion demonstrates that the conceptual framework applied in this paper can reduce the workload of assessing cultivated land intensity, enlarge farmland gradation, and enhance the coordination between the theoretical and the the application of updated result of practical efforts.
