基于适宜性与生产潜力综合评价的基本农田划分综合模型研究——以京津唐地区为例 被引量:5

An Integrated Assessment Model of Primary Farmland Identification Based on Suitability and Potential Productivity: A Case Study of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Area

摘要 研究目的:针对目前基本农田划分过程中只注重耕地适宜性而未考虑其生产潜力的不足,发展了一个综合考虑耕地适宜性和生产潜力的基本农田综合划分模型,提高当前基本农田划分的合理性。研究方法:GIS空间分析法和实证分析法。研究结果:利用基本农田划分综合模型,在京津唐地区划分的基本农田平均生产潜力为106.83 g·m^(-2)·a^(-1),比适宜性评价模型划分结果提高了18.03%。研究结论:该模型同时考虑了耕地的适宜性和生产潜力,比常用的适宜性模型能够更加合理地反映耕地的实际质量状况,提高了当前基本农田划分的科学性,具有一定的应用推广潜力。 The purpose of the paper is to develop an integrated assessment model for identifying primary farmland based on the traditional land suitability model and the potential productivity model. The feature of the new developed model for identifying the primary farmland lies at its simultaneous consideration of the farmland's suitability and potential productivity. Methods used include GIS spatial analysis and empirical analysis. The model was further implemented to a case area covering Beijing, Tianjin, and Tangshan regions. The results indicate that the average potential productivity of the farmland land in the case area is 106.83 g·m^-2·a^-1, which is 18.03% higher than the result assessed through the traditional land suitability model. The paper concludes that the new model developed in the paper could achieve a more rational result of the assessment. Therefore, the proposed model has the potential to be widely used in current farmland protection identification.
