摘要
为应对中国企业年金发展,保监会批准了五家养老保险公司专业化经营企业年金业务。本文基于竞争互动理论,采用内容分析法,搜集了来自中国养老金网和五家养老保险公司官方网站2006年1月1日到2010年4月30日期间的行为信息,考察了养老保险公司在中国企业年金市场上的竞争行为及其互动规律,并提出相关建议:养老保险公司挖掘数据寻找有效手段扩大市场份额;长江尽快转型避免过度依赖政策;政府加大力度促进企业年金发展。
The paper explored the competitive interaction between 5 pension companies,which the CIRC has approved to specialize in enterprise annuity to promote its development in China. Based on the competitive interaction theory,the paper used content analysis to search for information on pension company activities from www. cnpension. net and their official websites during the period of 2006.1.1 to 2010.4.30. It was found out that seizing new customers and establishing strategic cooperation were the most used actions. The author suggested that the pension companies should further dig into data to find effective ways to gain market shares;Changjiang pension should reduce its dependence on favorable policies;and the government should institute some measures to stimulate the development of enterprise annuity.
