科氏力对失谐叶盘振动特性的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用有限元方法和商用软件ANSYS11.0建立考虑旋转效应的实际叶盘结构有限元模型,得到系统刚度、质量和阻尼矩阵;计算了科氏力和离心力对谐调叶盘频率特性和谐响应特性的影响规律;分析了科氏力和离心力对失谐叶盘模态局部化和响应局部化的影响。研究表明,科氏力对实际叶盘结构的频率影响明显,对失谐叶盘结构的模态局部化、响应局部化和响应分布也都会产生显著影响,在工程计算中应予以考虑。 An actual bladed disk model with rotating effect was established using the finite element method(FEM),and ANSYS11.0 was used to obtain the system mass,stiffness and damping matrix.The effects of Coriolis force and centrifugal force on the modal frequency and harmonic response characteristics of the tuned bladed disk were investigated.Then,the modal localization and response characteristics of the mistuned bladed disk were researched.The investigation indicates that Coriolis force has significant influences on the modal and response characteristics of both the tuned and mistuned system.
