摘要
通过研究聚合釜粘釜的主要原因和防粘釜技术,改良了涂釜的雾化方法和清釜技术。改进后聚合釜运行正常,降低了防粘釜剂和纯水的用量,缩短了清釜周期,提高了PVC树脂产品的产量和质量,年净增效益可达29万元。
Based on research on reasons for polymerizer scaling and the antiscaling technologies, methods for spraying coating polymcrizer were modified as well as the polymerizcr cleaning methods. After improvement, the polymerizcrs ran stcady, the consumption amount of antisacling agents and water were lowered, the polymerizer clcaning periods were shortened, the output and quality of PVC resins wcre improved, and thus the net benefit could increase by 0.29 million RMB ¥ per year.
