摘要
简要介绍了成膜型降失水剂防窜防漏机理。考察了成膜型降失水剂对A,B,C 3种G级油井水泥性能的影响。结果表明,在同一交联度条件下,降失水剂在3种水泥中的表现不同,当交联度为1/30时,A水泥的失水量可以控制在50 mL以内,但是B水泥和C水泥常压养护后稠度太高;交联度为1/70时,B水泥和C水泥的失水量可以控制在50 mL以内,但A水泥的失水不可控。因此,应根据不同品种的水泥对降失水剂的交联度进行调整。该类降失水剂极易产生气泡,采用固体有机硅类消泡剂,其用量占降失水剂2.0%时,能使水泥浆密度达到设计要求。
The article briefly described anti -channeling and leak -proof mechanism of film -forming fluid loss additive. The Effects of film - forming fluid loss additive on the performances of Class G cements inclu- ding A, B and C were investigated. The results show that under the same crosslinking degree, the performanees of three kinds of cement were different, when crosslinking degree was 1/30, fluid loss of A cement could be controlled under 50 mL, but the consistency of cement B and C after curing was too high; when cross - linking degree was 1/70, fluid loss of B and C cement could be controlled under 50 mL, but fliud loss of A cement could not be controlled. So, crosslinking degree should be adjusted according to the varieties of ee- merit. This kind of fluid loss additive easily bubbles, and the density of cement slurry can meet the design requirements by using solid organosilicane defoamer with the content of 2.0% based on the amount of fluid loss additives
