摘要
首先,以中国移动港台地区及海外并购历程为研究切入点,系统回顾了中国移动港台地区及海外并购的特征;然后,在此基础上,通过实证案例方式总结了中国移动港台地区及海外并购的成败经验;最后,结合中国移动的港台地区及海外并购目标需求,得出当前中国移动港台地区及海外并购应适当调整,采取循序渐进、小步快跑的市场策略。
In this paper, the research was conducted from the process of Hong Kong, Taiwan, and overseas M&A by China Mobile. On the basis of reviewing the characteristics of overseas M&A by China Mobile systematically, this paper summarizes the success and failure experience of overseas M&A through empirical analysis. Combined with the aim of Hong Kong, Taiwan, and overseas M&A by China Mobile, this paper proposes that China Mobile should adjust the overseas marketing strategies, adopting steady and rapid development step by step.
