摘要
企业持有的价值理念,决定其经营哲学和战略决策。首先总结学术界和企业界对企业价值理念既有的研究成果,从企业人力资源种类和层次的分析,对客户第一和股东第一的价值理念进行批判,旗帜鲜明地提出并阐释"员工第一"的价值理念及其内涵。然后运用企业科层制、价值链创造、博弈论的方法,并结合企业发展的需要对企业树立此价值理念的必要性和必然性进行论述。为了阐释更为明确,构建了企业价值理念倒金字塔模型、员工在企业价值链创造中作用模型、企业各方利益博弈模型等进行说明。最后利用美国西南航空公司的案例来论证企业树立"员工第一"的价值理念在实践中的可行性和价值性。
Values held by an enterprise determine its operating philosophy and strategic decisions. This paper summarizes the previous research on enterprise value and criticizes the old concepts of enterprise value, such as customers first and shareholders first from the types and levels of enterprise human resources. Therefore, it presents and explains "employees first" value. This paper discusses its necessity and inevitability from the perspective of hierarchy, value chain creation, Game theory and business development needs. To illustrate it more clearly, it constructs the inverted pyramid model of enterprise values, the employees in the creation value chain model and Game model of enterprise interests. Finally, it uses the ease of Southwest Airlines to demonstrate the feasibility and benefit of this value in the practice.
