摘要
鉴于标准化和知识产权(IPR)对技术创新都具有双向作用,如何协调好三者间的关系一直是研究的难点。基于技术创新与制度创新相互作用机制,一方面,研究了标准化和IPR两种制度创新的互补作用;另一方面,分析了以技术选择定位的标准化制度对技术创新的"双刃剑"作用,探讨了以激励为导向的IPR制度对技术创新的双面作用。
The double-faced effect between standardization, intellectual property right （IPR） and technological innovation, has made it difficult for scholars to cooperate with each other. Based on the study of interactional mechanism between institutional and technological innovation, this paper examines the complementary function between standardization and IPR institutions in vertical dimension; then discusses the double-sword effect of standardized system of technological selection-oriented on technological innovation, and the double-faced impact of IPR institution of incentive-oriented on technological innovation.
