摘要
本文以某军队医院的聘用人员为研究对象,对聘用人员的情况及该医院的成本管理做法进行探讨,并对医院的聘用人员成本管理进行绩效分析。
The article focused the study on the employed staff in certain military hospital,and discussed the current situation and measures of cost management.Additionally,the author made a performance analysis on cost management.
