摘要
目的了解上海市松江区幼儿园保健老师的卫生知识情况和相关健康行为,为实施干预措施提供理论依据。方法通过流行病学现况调查,对89名研究对象进行面对面的卫生知识及健康行为问卷调查。结果幼儿园保健老师对"狂犬病"、"麻疹"和"流行性腮腺炎"传播途径的掌握情况较好,但对"手足口病"和"流行性感冒"相关知识的掌握情况较差。随着年龄增加,传染病知识掌握越好,公立幼儿园保健老师的传染病知识水平好于私立幼儿园保健老师,从事保健工作的时间越长,平均月收入越高,其传染病知识掌握越好。幼儿园保健老师的整体卫生习惯较好。结论幼儿园保健老师对传染病知识的整体掌握情况良好,但也存在一些误区。
Objective To analyze infectious disease knowledge and health-related behaviors among kindergarten healthcare teachers in Songjiang district,Shanghai.Methods A cross-sectional sampling method was applied to select kindergarten healthcare teachers for the study.A total of 89 teachers had a face-to-face self-designed survey.Results Kindergarten healthcare teachers had good knowledge of rabies,measles and mumps.However,participants were not familiar or not accurate with the knowledge of hand-foot-mouth disease and influenza.The knowledge of infectious diseases was positively associated with the seniority of teaching experience in healthcare teachers(P0.05).Health-related behaviors were well established among kindergarten health care teachers.Infectious disease knowledge and health-related behaviors among healthcare teachers were generally better in public kindergartens than in private kindergartens.Conclusion The training of infectious disease knowledge and health-related behaviors should be provided for junior health care teachers,especially those in private kindergartens.
