Statistical Analysis on Published Research Papers in Certain Hospital from 2004 to 2009

筛选医院2004—2009年度发表论文,运用文献计量学方法,从年代、作者、项目资助情况予以分类统计,分析揭示其内在规律性、连续性,为医院管理部门制定相应的规章措施、及时完善激励机制、绩效考核、统筹规划提供量化指标。

The author filtered out papers one by one,which were published by Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from 2004 to 2009.Bibliometric methods were used to classify the papers by the era,author and fund separately.By revealing the inherent characteristics of its regularity,continuity,the author provided the quantitative indicators for hospital administration department.These indicators can be used to lay down the proper regulations and measures,to improve the incentive mechanism and assessment of performance in time,to coordinate planning.
