胆道肿瘤中miRNA研究进展与展望 被引量:10

摘要 近年来一类长度约为22个核苷酸的小分子RNA(microRNA)受到了人们的广泛关注。microRNA广泛存在于真核生物中,其不直接编码蛋白,通过与目的基因结合降解mRNA和/或抑制其翻译。
