液压伤大鼠脑组织上清液诱导骨髓间充质干细胞向神经元样细胞分化研究 被引量:2

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)具有多向分化潜能,在不同的诱导条件下,能向包括神经细胞在内的多种细胞分化。这为临床上神经元再生的研究提供了新的方向。本研究旨在观察液压伤大鼠脑组织上清液对BMSCs向神经元样细胞分化的影响。
