Fluoro—Jade B法检测异丙酚麻醉后新生大鼠海马神经元的变性死亡 被引量:3

摘要 异丙酚是临床常用的静脉麻醉药,因其具有起效快、苏醒迅速等特点,也被广泛应用于新生儿和婴幼儿的全身麻醉中。但是,异丙酚对发育期的大脑是否产生神经毒性,大家观点不一。我们采用Fluoro—Jade B(FJB)染色法,观察异丙酚麻醉后新生大鼠海马CA1区、CA3区和齿状回神经元的变性死亡情况。
