摘要
作为日本当代著名作家,渡边淳一的系列小说构建了风格鲜明的文学世界,在文学审美现代性的建设上做出积极探索。一方面,渡边小说展现了当代日本压抑庸俗的社会现实,将平庸的世俗生活作为主人公沉沦于其中及其故事展开的灰色背景;另一方面,渡边小说把审美化情爱作为创作重点,以此作为拒绝平庸、拯救生存的救赎之道。这秉承了日本唯美情色的文学传统,也取决于渡边"中间小说"的创作定位。然而,渡边式的审美化情爱无力完成生命救赎的重任,并在审美现代性的道路上步入歧途。渡边文学在文学审美现代性上的探索有得有失,它是当代日本文学现代性建设的一个样本,对亚洲尤其是中国当代文学创作具有积极的启发意义。
Watanabe is a famous Japanese writer and his series of novels create a distinctive style in the literary world.He has made a positive exploration in the construction of literary aesthetic modernization.On the one hand,Watanabe's novels show the contemporary Japanese social reality of repression and vulgarity,taking a mediocre secular life as a gray background of the hero's sinking in such a life.On the other hand,Watanabe's novels focus on the aesthetic love so as to reject the mediocrity and save the life of salvation.It inherits the traditional Japanese aesthetic erotic literature and meanwhile reflects Watanabe's creative positioning of "the middle novel".However,the Watanabe-style aesthetic love cannot complete the task of salvation,yet being led astray on the road of aesthetic modernity.
