企业智力资本对绩效影响的实证研究:要素结构视角被引量：11

An Empirical Study of the Effect of Corporate Intellectual Capital Towards Corporate Performance by SEM

摘要在调查数据的基础上,使用结构方程方法检验企业智力资本通过其三个要素对企业经营绩效是否有显著正向影响。研究结果显示:在中国如今市场经济环境下,企业智力资本三个要素中,关系资本和结构资本对企业经营绩效均有直接的正向作用,人力资本则是通过关系资本和结构资本间接对企业经营绩效产生影响,对企业绩效的直接影响不显著。企业智力资本三个要素相互影响,共同对企业经营绩效发挥作用。 On the basis of specific questionnaire survey statistics,the influence of intellectual capital towards corporate performance is studied by utilizing Structural Equation.The results of the study show that relational capital and structural capital exert positive and direct effect on corporate performance,while human capital has its indirect impact on corporate performance through relational capital and structural capital,rather than direct significant impact on corporate performance.All these three dimensions of intellectual capital will benefit corporate performance.
