长期使用和接触染发剂对人体健康的影响

目的染发剂的致癌性和致突变性日益受到关注。通过文献复习及相关研究数据,进一步阐述染发剂与人体健康的关系。方法采用文献复习法对国内外文献及相关研究数据进行分析。结果各种致突变试验证明,部分苯胺衍生物具有致突变性。致癌试验证明,部分苯胺衍生物可诱发大鼠、小鼠膀胱癌、肝癌等。使用者和职业接触者流行病学调查结果表明,长期使用和职业接触氧化型染发剂可能增加癌症的发病率。结论对染发剂的毒性应充分的重视,并进一步深入研究。

Objective This article expound the relationship between hair dye and human health by study on literatures and correlated data.Method Analyzed on the internal and overseas literatures and correlated data.Results The various kinds of mutagenicity studies suggested that part of aniline derivant could cause mutagenicity.Carcinogenic test showed that part of aniline derivant could induce rats and mice bladder carcinoma and hepatoma etc.Carried out epidemiological studies to users and vocational contact person suggested that long time used and vocational contacted oxidized form of hair dye could increase the incident rate of cancer.Conclusions We should pay full attention to the toxicity of hair dye and do deeper studies.
