两种根管糊剂在根管治疗一次法中临床疗效的比较

Comparison of two kinds of root canal cataplasm for root canal treatment clinical effect

目的比较2种根管糊剂在根管治疗一次法术后的疗效。方法 237颗牙需做根管治疗患者的患牙随机分为2组,分别以氧化锌丁香油糊剂、玻璃离子糊剂加牙胶尖作为根充材料充填根管,采用一次法根管治疗术,随诊观察术后72 h及10 d根充后反应情况和临床疗效。结果玻璃离子糊剂组根管治疗术后反应发生率较氧化锌丁香油糊剂组明显低(P<0.05),术后1 a复查,2组之间疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玻璃离子糊剂根管充填可以有效减少一次法根管充填术后疼痛的发生。

Objective To compare two kinds of root canal cataplasm in the efficacy of root canal therapy.Methods 237 teeth to do root canal treatment were randomly divided into two groups.Zinc oxide eugenol cataplasm and glass ionomer cataplasm were respectively mixed with Gutta Percha Points as one-time root canal filling material.Using a root canal therapy,we observed reactions and clinical efficacy within 72 hours after surgery and 10 days after root canal.Results The reaction rate of glass ionomer cataplasm root canal therapy group was significantly lower than zinc oxide eugenol cataplasm group（P0.01）.Reviewed after one year,there was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The root canal filling by glass ionomer cataplasm can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative pain after root canal.
