创面封闭式负压引流(VSD)对四肢皮肤缺损组织外露创面疗效的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨创面封闭式负压引流(VSD)治疗技术对四肢皮肤缺损组织外露创面治疗效果的影响。方法对收治的四肢皮肤缺损组织外露创面35例患者,经过VSD术1~4个疗程治疗后游离植皮或皮瓣转移,创面愈合。结果 19例经VSD治疗1个疗程(7 d)后,行真皮下血管网皮片或中厚皮片游离植皮,创面愈合。13例经过2~3个疗程后游离植皮,创面愈合。3例患者经过VSD 4个疗程后游离植皮,创面仍未愈合,再行皮瓣转移术后,创面愈合。结论 VSD结合游离植皮或皮瓣转移是治疗四肢组织外露创面较理想的方法之一,值得推广应用。 objective discusses the injured area enclosed type negative pressure drainage(VSD) treatment technology to appear externally the injured area treatment result to the four limbs skin damage organization the influence.Methods the branch admitting four limbs skin damage organization appears externally the injured area 35 example patients to August,2008 to July,2010,after undergoing the VSD technique 1~4 treatment course treatments,drifts away the skin grafting or the skin petal shift,the injured area cicatrization.Results 19 examples treats a treatment course after injured area enclosed type negative pressure drainage(VSD)(7 days),in good dermis hemorrhaging pipe network Pi Pianhuo thick skin piece dissociation skin grafting,injured area cicatrization.13 example patients after VSD technique 2~3 treatment courses drifts away the skin grafting,the injured area cicatrization.3 example patients after VSD technique 4 treatment courses drifted away the skin grafting,the injured area had still not healed,after again skin petal shift technique,the injured area healed.Conclusion The injured area enclosed type negative pressure drainage(VSD) union dissociation skin grafting or the skin petal shift treats four extremity organizations to appear externally the injured area ideally
