应用“商环”行包皮环切484例体会

The understanding of male circumcision of 484 cases with the Shang Ring

目的观察圣达"商环"应用于"包皮环切术"的临床效果及操作技术要点。方法应用"商环"对484例包皮过长及包茎患者进行包皮环切术,对手术时间、术后恢复时间、术后并发症、外观情况进行观察。结果应用"商环"进行包皮环切操作简单,手术时间为(6.5±2.2)m in,术后包皮创口完全愈合时间(22.4±5.8)d,主要并发症为术后感染4例(1.23%),水肿20例(6.17%),出血(1.5±0.4)mL。术后切口整齐,外形美观。结论应用中国"商环"行包皮环切术操作简单、手术时间短、出血及并发症少、外形美观。可望成为标准化术式。

Objective To observe the efficacy of the Shang Ring circumcision and investigate it′s advantage and technologic point of Shang Ring circumcision surgical procedures.Methods 484 patients were circumcised with the Shang Ring.observe the time of operation,the time of recover,the complications and the appearance.Results The operation of Shang Ring circumcision is simple.the time of operation is（6.5±2.2）min.the time of healing is（22.4±5.8）d.the main complications are infections 4 cases（1.23%）,edema 20 cases（6.17%）,bleeded quantity（1.5±0.4）ml.the oppearance is good.Conclusion Shang Ring circumcision is easy to operate but should attend some main points.the Shang Ring circumcision has the advantages of shorter operation time,less blood loss,fewer comp lications,better penile appearance,and possible become a typical technic.
