摘要
采用碳黑作为载体,水合肼为还原剂,利用化学还原沉积法制备了Pt/C、Pt-Bi/C系列催化剂。催化剂粉末的晶体结构用XRD技术和透射电镜进行了表征.通过循环伏安与电流-电位极化曲线的测量研究了甲酸在不同催化剂所制备的电极上的电催化氧化行为,用恒电流放电曲线研究了所制备电极的稳定性能。实验表明:与Pt/C电极比较,Pt-Bi/C电极对甲酸的电化学氧化显示出高的活性;Pt-Bi/C催化剂的最佳配比为Pt20%,Bi10%。
Pt/C and Pt-Bi/C catalysts are prepared by chemical reduction deposition,using carbon black as carrier and hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent.The catalysts construction were analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction and transmission electro microscope.Electro-catalytic oxidation of formic acid on different catalyst/electrodes was studied by cyclic voltammetry and current-potential polarization,the stabilization performance of catalyst/electrodes was studied by galvano static discharge.Result shows that compared with Pt/C electrodes,Pt-Bi/C electrodes exhibit high activity,the best proportion of Pt-Bi/C catalyst is Pt—20%,Bi—10%.
