摘要
通过四元共聚反应,引发温度为55℃,引发剂质量分数为1%,反应前用氢氧化钠使溶液显中性,合成出抗盐、抗温的降失水剂。该降失水剂对水泥浆的抗压强度影响很小,且稠化有直角特性,所以比较适合深井固井作业。
The fluid loss additive for oil well cement that was synthesized by four kinds of material copolymerization under the condition of temperature 55℃ and the mass fraction of initiator 1% before the reaction with sodium hydroxide to make the solution was neutral is heat-resistant and salt-resistant.The compressive strength of cement slurry influenced by the fluid loss additive for oil well cement is very small.Thickening have angle characteristics.It is more suitable for deep well cementing operation.
