某热电厂三期工程职业病危害控制效果评价

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in the Thermal Power Plant

目的对某热电厂三期工程可能产生的职业病危害因素及防护措施进行控制效果评价,为卫生行政部门验收建设项目提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生调查法、现场检测检验法、检查表法等进行综合分析评价。结果该建设项目的总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施设计等基本符合职业卫生标准,现场检测各种毒物均符合国家标准,粉尘检测合格率为64%,噪声检测合格率为85%。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施可行、有效。

Objective To assess occupational hazards and control effect of preventive measures on the third-phase engineering of the thermal power plant,provide technical evidence for public health administrative department.Methods The assessment proceeded using combination of field investigation,inspection and checklist methods.Results The items of the overall layout,the arrangement and layout of the facilities,occupational disease prevention and protection measures accorded with the requirements of laws and regulation of occupational health.Monitoring results of all kinds of poisons accorded with the national standards,the qualified rates of total dust and noise were 64% and 85%.Conclusion The preventive measures for the project meets the requirements of national standards.From the occupational hygiene analysis,the project is feasible.
