摘要
目的识别、分析某化工公司增资建设乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯项目产生的职业病危害因素,探讨防护对策及管理措施。方法通过类比现场的职业卫生调查、检测,收集数据和资料、综合分析等方法进行职业病危害预评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素有环氧乙烷、丁醇、醋酸、苯以及噪声,类比检测的甲醇、醋酸、苯的短时间接触浓度分别为1.9~39.3、<0.1~0.2、<0.1~8.7 mg/m3,时间加权平均浓度分别为1.4~8.0、<0.1、0.3~3.2mg/m3,环氧丙烷的时间加权平均浓度为<0.1~0.6 mg/m3,个人噪声检测结果为60.5~85.9 dB(A),均低于国家职业接触限值。结论该项目产生的职业病危害是可预防的,该项目在职业卫生角度上分析是可行的。
Objective To identify and analyze occupational risk factors in the new construction project of ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate,and explore the preventive measures and management to provide scientific evidence for the inspection by health administrative department.Methods The pre-assessment was proceeded by field investigation,detection,collection of data and information of occupational health by using analogy and comprehensive analysis.Results The occupational risk factors that existed in this construction project were ethylene oxide,butanol,acetic acid,benzene and noise.Values of methanol,acetic acid and benzene for CSTEL were 1.9-39.3, 0.1-0.2, 0.1-8.7 mg/m3,for CTWA were 1.4-8.0, 0.1,0.3-3.2 mg/m3,and ethylene oxide for CTWA was 0.1-0.6 mg/m3,noise intensity of individual was 60.5-85.9 dB(A) in analogical project.All risk factors met national allowable limits.Conclusion The occupational risk factors in this construction project can be prevented.The project is feasible.
