摘要
目的识别某公司锦纶66特品工业丝技改项目职业病危害因素,分析职业病危害防护措施效果。方法采用职业卫生学调查和检测检验方法对该项目职业病危害因素进行分析与评价。结果职业病危害因素检测结果表明,该项目己二胺、氢化三联苯、一氧化碳、二氧化硫浓度均符合国家卫生标准;卷绕工、空压机工8 h等效A声级值86.1~94.5 dB(A),超过国家职业接触限值;作业场所卷绕机、空压机噪声强度86.5~97.2 dB(A);高温岗位作业分级为Ⅰ~Ⅲ级。结论该建设项目的职业病危害控制措施是有效可行的,但需加强噪声、高温控制措施和个人防护用品的佩戴。
Objective To identify and analyze occupational risk factors and effect of protective measures in the construction project of nylon 66 industrial yarn in the enterprise.Methods The evaluation was performed with field investigation and detection methods.Results The detection results of occupational hazards showed that the concentrations of hexanediamine,hydrogenated terphenyl,sulfur dioxide and carbon monoxide in the construction project met the national occupational standards;the equivalent sound pressure level(Leq,8 h)of winding workers and air compressor workers was 86.1-94.5 dB(A),noise intensity of the winder and air compressor of working places was 86.5-97.2 dB(A);the high temperature post operation belonged to grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ.Conclusion The control measures on occupational hazards in the construction project are effective and feasible,but noise,high temperature engineering control and application of personal protective equipments should be enhanced.
